This has been the most batshit crazy week of my entire life and I’m so okay with that because
1. I got a part in a show and will be making bank this summer
2. We leave for Boston to see Korinne bright and early tomorrow morning
3. I successfully moved everything out of my dorm before 1:30 am
and
4. Even though a lot of friends won’t be in my life for a couple months, I couldn’t be happier because I truly have met the greatest people in the world this year.
WOOO SOPHOMORE STATUS HAPPY SUMMER EVERYONE
bubbly bubbles da bubbles our bubbles
I love me some Emma. :)
This weekend:
-Pretty terrible in terms of inadvertantly hurting people’s feelings.
-Nice because I got to spend some quality time with a few people I love.
-Productive, as is shown by the stack of books I now have on Zola and Schumann. This research paper will be a piece of cake.
-Also great because I grew to feel comfortable in a group I don’t normally feel I can be myself in.
And there’s still one more whole day! What. Goodnight.
Today our choreographer said that my hips just don’t stop and then he directed everyone to examine them.
And then there was a trip to the art museum, our first run through for School for Scandal, and encountering many lovely people in Read.
Twas a very good day and I’d like to remember it. But I’m too tired so I’ll just give future me the bare bones version of the story. I’m sure future me will appreciate that.
I will go to an awards show someday. What could be better than hanging out with all your friends and colleagues celebrating a year’s worth of hard work and creativity. And all the beautiful dresses and all the talented men in suits… Yeah yeah yeah the rose colored glasses are on, but I really can’t imagine anything more wonderful.
LOOK LOOK LOOK WHAT KYLI MADE
These are my lovely cast mates of The Wizard of Oz. I can’t believe I have ONE day left with these amazing people.
(IloveeveryoneandIhateendingsgoodnight.)
Welp
I just got back from the movies.
A lovely double feature with my baby Gabi who has been in Florida/quarantined.
I’ve now officially seen Les Mis and Django three times a piece and that is the only thing that happened this break that I’m proud of.
Oh and that little Wizard of Oz show or whatever.
Three days, six shows, and an unknown amount of hair curlings later, I am ready for four days of holly jolly Christmas relaxation. I couldn’t have asked for a better opening weekend for The Wizard of Oz. :)
Migraine = walking around the house wearing sunglasses because there are too many damn windows. My family probably thinks I’m hungover or having delusions of being Jackie Onassis.
